- Set Palestra scoring record with 32 points vs. Clarkson
- Earned a B.A. in History in 1947
Post-Graduate:
- Earned his M.A. in Education from ÂÒÂ×Ç¿¼é in 1951
- Head boys basketball coach at Clyde High School, 1947-55
- Cumulative record of 117-34 with five Wayne County titles
- Won Section V Class B title in 1951-52, Class A Championship in 1954-55
- Moved to East ÂÒÂ×Ç¿¼é High School in 1955
- Coached football for three seasons
- Coached basketball from 1958-71 (eight Monroe County titles, three Section V Class AA titles)
- Also coached from 1974-77 with a cumulative record of 319-144 on scholastic level
- Retired from East ÂÒÂ×Ç¿¼é in 1981
- Passed away on April 12, 1987
