- Named the Cornell-Pepsi Classic MVP
- Named a Democrat & Chronicle College Coaches' All-Star
- He was a Lincoln First Tournament 1st Team honoree
- Graduated with double major in political science and history

- Had career in Banking and Government Service, but eventually became a PGA member
- Head Pro at Omni Tucson National from 1999-2003
