At ÂÒÂ×Ç¿¼é:

  • One of 11 athletes to earn All-America honors in men's tennis at the University
  • Won the NCAA individual national championship (the men's doubles title with Bob Swartout in 1983) and is one of just four athletes who earned multiple All-America honors (1981, 1982, and 1983)
  • Received the Louis Alexander Award from the Department of Sports & Recreation in 1983

Post-Graduate:

  • Was an assistant tennis coach for Peter Lyman while he pursued his doctorate in Optics
  • Currently an Assistant Professor on the faculty of the School of Applied and Engineering Physics at Cornell University
