  • All-American in track and field who helped ÂÒÂ×Ç¿¼é to its greatest finish ever at the national championships-the NCAA Division III national indoor runnerup in 1989
  • All-America honors in two events that winter-the 800-meter run and the 1,600-meter relay
  • Competed in the 1987 and 1989 NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 800-meter run
  • Won four titles at UAA Championships as a senior
  • Finished in the top three at the New York State Championships nine times
  • Broke University's 800-meter run records indoors and outdoors as a freshman
  • Broke the 1,000-meter run indoors as a sophomore
  • Spent a semester abroad at the University of London in Spring, 1988
  • Graduated with a B.A. in Psychology, a certificate in Management Studies and an English minor in May, 1989

Post-Graduate:

  • Earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in May, 1991
  • Human Resources Advisor for Mobil Oil Corporation, 1991-97
  • Human Resources Leader, Pizza Hut, Inc., 1997-99
  • Represented New Jersey in Professional Exchange Team to Pakistan, sponsored by Rotary International, in April of 1994
  • Human Resources Manager, Motorola, Inc., 1999-present
