  • One of the top running backs for the Yellowjacket football team
  • Led the club in rushing his senior year
  • Earned a trophy as the Most Valuable Offensive Back, a trophy for the most Valuable Team Player, and the "Stinger Award" for the most outstanding plays in one season
  • Awarded the Louis Alexander Alumni Award as the senior male athlete who contributed the most to athletics and student life
  • Elected president of his dormitory
  • Member of Delta Kappa Epsilon
  • Earned his baccalaureate degree in 1979

Post-Graduate:

  • At medical school, he ranked in the top 10% of his class and received the top award for the best community medicine presentation
  • At graduate school, he received the Harwell Wilson Award for Best Research Presentation from the University of Tennessee, Department of Surgery, in May of 1988
  • Has a private practice in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Buffalo, NY area
  • Currently an active staff member affiliated with Kalieda Health System and Catholic Health System of Western New York
  • Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery
  • Clinical Faculty of State University of New York at Buffalo
