- Most accomplished swimmer in UR Women's swimming history
- First Academic All-American for the women's swimming program
- Eleven-time All-American in freestyle, butterfly, and relays
- Earned Certificate of Excellence from the College Swim Coaches of America
- Ranked in UAA Top Three Finishers in 25 events and UR Top Ten All-Time Performances in 12 events
- Set one UAA record and eight UR records
- Received the 1992 Sylvia Fabricant Award
- She was a finalist for the College Sportswoman of the Year by ÂÒÂ×Ç¿¼é Press Radio Club Day of Champions
- Made the Dean's List
- Graduated with a BA in Health and Society
Post-Graduate:
- Received MS in Teaching and Curriculum at the Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development in 1996
- Became a Learning Differences teacher
- An avid community volunteer
- Married to fellow UR graduate Dale ('92) Mother of three children: Emma, Daniel, and Kyle
