  • Most accomplished swimmer in UR Women's swimming history
  • First Academic All-American for the women's swimming program
  • Eleven-time All-American in freestyle, butterfly, and relays
  • Earned Certificate of Excellence from the College Swim Coaches of America
  • Ranked in UAA Top Three Finishers in 25 events and UR Top Ten All-Time Performances in 12 events
  • Set one UAA record and eight UR records
  • Received the 1992 Sylvia Fabricant Award
  • She was a finalist for the College Sportswoman of the Year by ÂÒÂ×Ç¿¼é Press Radio Club Day of Champions
  • Made the Dean's List
  • Graduated with a BA in Health and Society

Post-Graduate:

  • Received MS in Teaching and Curriculum at the Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development in 1996
  • Became a Learning Differences teacher
  • An avid community volunteer
  • Married to fellow UR graduate Dale ('92) Mother of three children: Emma, Daniel, and Kyle
