There are several free to use public charging stations located throughout student life buildings. WCSA is not responsible for any damage to devices using these stations or theft of devices left unattended. If there are damaged cables that need replacing please contact wcsa@rochester.edu.

Located on the 1st floor of Wilson Commons in the Ruth Merrill Center are 24 day lockers. Lockers are on a first come first serve basis and are intended to be used for short periods of time. Items stored inside cannot violate the student code of conduct. Student organizations are not allowed to use the day lockers to store student organization supplies. Instead, they should be requesting storage through the storage request form.
How to use a locker:
- Press the C key
- Type in any 4-digit code
- Press the lock icon
- Repeat to retrieve items
If someone is locked out of their day locker they can contact WCSA@rochester.edu or call the Campus Center Building Manager (585-329-9093) for immediate assistance.
Lockers must be emptied by the last day of finals every semester. Anything remaining past finals will be disposed of.
The Genesee Manager Desk is located on the 3rd floor of Genesee, by the 3rd floor lounge. There is a variety of resources that can be accessed from the desk by calling or texting the Spurrier/Genesee Building Manager (585-622-5996).

Parking Passes for Event Guests
Student organizations may request a parking pass for guests invited to campus as part of an activity. Requests should be made at least 14 days prior to the event date by submitting a . Parking passes are not needed on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or after 7 p.m. Monday - Friday. Additionally, requesting more than 5 parking passes is defined as an event by Parking & Transportation and requires additional approval. Event requests may take longer to be approved.
Pianos are available for general use when there are not reservations in the below locations. No food or drinks are allowed on the pianos. If there is an issue with a piano, please report it to the Campus Information Center or wcsa@rochester.edu.

There is a variety of equipment available for students to borrow from the Spurrier Manager Desk (2nd floor). This equipment can be used inside the Spurrier Gym or at student organization activities on campus. Equipment can be signed out from the building manager desk on the 2nd floor by calling or texting the Spurrier/Genesee Building Manager (585-622-5996). Student organizations can reserve this equipment in advance for an activity by filling out a .

Student Org Event Photographers
WCSA has a small team of student photographers that are available on a limited basis for photographing student organization activities. Due to the limited availability a student organization is limited to 2 requests per semester. These photographers are not available for personal photos, group photos, or headshot events. If a student organization is interested in requesting a photographer be sent to their activity, they must submit a 14 days before their activity.
