Fraternity Quad and Greek Housing

Greek Affiliated Houses

Students who are a part of Greek life on campus are welcome to stay in Greek housing. See below for housing descriptions for additional information.

Alpha Delta Phi (ADP)

is a single gender, male house located on the Fraternity Quad. ADP’s mission to provide a comprehensive and positive personal growth experience for all undergraduate and alumni brothers. ADP has an occupancy of 21 individuals who share two common areas, a library, and kitchen. Members of ADP must select the , due to their operating kitchens.

The house cannot be selected during normal housing selection.

Delta Kappa Epsilon (DKE)

is a single gender, male house located on the Fraternity Quad. DKE’s mission is the cultivation of general literature and social culture, the advancement and encouragement of intellectual excellence, the promotion of honorable friendship and useful citizenship, the development of a spirit of tolerance and respect for the rights and views of others, the maintenance of gentlemanly dignity, self-respect, and morality in all circumstances, and the union of stout hearts and kindred interests to secure to merit its due reward. DKE has an occupancy of 21 individuals who share two common areas, a kitchen, and library space. The house cannot be selected during normal housing selection.

Psi Upsilon (Psi U)

is a single gender, male house located on the Fraternity Quad. United in friendship, Psi Upsilon members aspire to moral, intellectual and social excellence in themselves as they seek to inspire these values in society. Psi U has an occupancy of 29 individuals who share a two common rooms, a study, library, porch, and kitchen. Members of Psi U who live in the Psi Upsilon house must select the , due to their operating kitchens. The house cannot be selected during normal housing selection.

Sigma Chi

Sigma Chi aims to be the preeminent leadership development fraternity in the greek letter world, encouraging brothers to live by our values of friendship, justice and learning. Be a bona fide male student in good academic standing at the institution specified in the charter of the initiating chapter, not enrolled for the sole purpose of establishing membership eligibility, unless his pledgeship was interrupted by military service, or other circumstances as deemed acceptable by the Executive Committee, upon request of the initiating and pledging undergraduate chapter. Sigma Chi has an occupancy of 29 spaces who share a two furnished community rooms, a kitchen, a back porch, and a laundry room in the basement.

Sigma Phi Epsilon (Sig Ep)

is a single gender, male house located on the Fraternity Quad whose mission is to create a fraternity fostering growth amongst their members, giving back to the community, and excellence in academic achievement. Sig Ep has an occupancy of 32 individuals who share a first floor common area, library, and kitchen. The house cannot be selected during normal housing selection.

 

Non-Greek Affiliated Houses

Sigma Alpha Mu (SAM)

Sigma Alpha Mu (SAM) will not be operating as a fraternity house this coming year and is open for rising upper-class students to select in the housing lottery. SAM is a co-ed house with an occupancy of 37 residents, with the first and second floors designated male and the third floor designated female. There are a mix of double and single rooms that are carpeted. SAM has two furnished community rooms with televisions, two kitchens, and a laundry room within the house. Students living in SAM may select a Group 3 meal plan as there will be kitchen facilities available.

Theta Chi

Theta Chi will not be operating as a fraternity house this coming year. It will be housed with upperclass students, who we place after the housing lottery. These students will share one common space and a kitchentte, outdoor porch and laundry machines located in the basement. 

 

Greek Housing Floors

Jackson Court and Hill Court are home to communities of Greek organizations on floors or partial floors (grouping of suites). These groups have a housing manager that places members on the floor. Group designated suites/spaces are not available in the lottery.

Wilder Tower is home to:

  • Delta Upsilon (DU)
  • Sigma Delta Tau (SDT)
  • Chi O (XO)
  • Kappa Delta (KD)

Fairchild is home to Gamma Phi Beta and Delta Gamma.

Kendrick is home to Sigma Nu.

Munro is home to Alpha Phi.
